Food Packaging - Dairy and Ice Cream

Packaging Automation has filling and sealing solutions for a wide range of applications within the dairy industry from yoghurts and dairy based desserts to ice cream and cream cheeses as well as block or sliced cheese. Container filling, sealing and overcapping machines have the option for CIP clean in place and are designed to be flexible and hygienic with rapid product changeovers and easy to use HMI operator interfaces.  The range includes machines which can achieve production speeds of up to 8,400 containers per hour. Machines are also available on hire contracts for new product development or seasonal production. Tray sealers are capable of sealing block or sliced cheese with or without the option of modified atmosphere packing.

The needs of the ice cream sector can also be met by the container filling and overcapping range of machines due to the development of a specifically designed series of filling nozzles. All container sizes can be accommodated from single serving tubs to 1kg tubs. Standard or spooned lids can be applied.
