Eclipse SL3

The SL3 and the eclipse range of equipment, bring to the tray sealing market machines that demonstrate ruggedness of build, high performance and versatility that have been born out of PA's 50 years of experience in the industry.

Operating at up to 45 packs per minute, the SL3 offers the ultimate in flexibility combined with high speed sealing and indisputable reliability. In addition environmental considerations have been incorporated into the machine design with the development of a fully electrical machine.

Flexibility is demonstrated by two minute tool changeovers made easier with the ultra lightweight and quick release tooling. The inbuilt TDS (Tool Docking System) automatically aligns electrial and gas connectors on the tool.

Materials

The Eclipse SL3 has the ability to heat seal film pre-cut foil, paper or laminate lids to preformed trays and containers of CPET, Polypropylene, PVC, Styrene, Board, Smooth Walled Foil, Pre-cut Board, Paper, Plastic, Foil Lids and many other types of container.
