Eclipse TL6

Operating at up to 180 packs per minute, The TL6 offers the ultimate in flexibility combined with high speed sealing and indisputable reliability. In addition environmental considerations have been incorporated into the machine design.

Flexibility is demonstrated by two minute tooling changeovers made even easier with ultra light weight and quick release tooling.     The inbuilt TDS (Tool Docking System) automatically aligns electrical and gas connectors on the tool.

Materials

The Eclipse TL6 has the ability to heat seal film lids to preformed trays and containers of CPET, Polypropylene, PVC, Styrene, Board, Smooth Walled Foil, Pre-cut Board, Paper, Plastic, and many other types of container.
