The Fastfill 100 is a revolutionary twin head rotary volumetric container filling, heat sealing and overlidding machine, suitable for medium to high speed production. The machine is designed to be highly flexible, with rapid product and container size changeovers. A tough screen control panel ensure easy operator interface. The fastfill100 is ideally suited to the convenience foods, liquids and dairy sectors.

Flexibility

• Manufactured in stainless steel with an easy to remove filler system, lid applier, heat sealer, overcapper and outfeed conveyor to help access all areas for cleaning
• Designed with a stainless steel machine bed and open layout to make it easy to reach all areas for cleaning
• Manufacturing techniques have eliminated bug traps found in traditional designs
• Option to purchase a CIP compatible filler, pipe work and valves to link into existing CIP plant

The Fastfill 100 has the ability to heat seal film pre-cut foil, paper or laminate lids to preformed trays and containers of CPET, Polypropylene, PVC, Styrene, Board, Smooth Walled Foil, Pre-cut Board, Paper, Plastic, Foil Lids and many other types of container.
