The Fastfill 40 is a low cost volumetric pot filling machine for heat sealing or overcapping. Manufactured in stainless steel, it has been designed with ease of use and hygiene in mind.

It is a flexible machine that has been specifically designed to meet the latest needs of convenience food and dairy manufacturers with frequent product changeovers.

Hygiene and Cleanability

• Manufactured in stainless steel with an easy to remove filler system, lid applier, heat sealer, overcapper and outfeed conveyor to help access all areas for cleaning
• Designed with a stainless steel machine bed open layout to make it easy to reach all areas for cleaning
• Manufacturing techniques have eliminated bug traps found in traditional design
• Menu operated control screen allows pre-programming of recipes and tools for quick simple product changes

Materials

The Fastfill 40 has the ability to heat seal film pre-cut foil, paper or laminate lids to preformed trays and containers of CPET, Polypropylene, PVC, Styrene, Board, Smooth Walled Foil, Pre-cut Board, Paper, Plastic, Foil Lids and many other types of container.
