Flexibility

Hygiene and Cleanability

• Manufactured in stainless steel with an easy to remove filler system, lid applier, heat sealer, overcapper and outfeed conveyor to help access all areas for cleaning
• Designed with a stainless steel machine bed and open layout to make it easy to reach all areas for cleaning
• Manufacturing techniques have eliminated bug traps found in traditional designs
• Option to purchase a CIP compatible filler, pipe work and valves to link into existing CIP plant

Control Screen

• Multi positional touch sensitive control screen that can be positioned to suit customer requirements
• Programs for different recipes can be stored and recalled for easy product changeovers
• On-screen real time adjustment of all operating parameters including fill weights, seal time, film feed and gas flush options
• Self diagnostics for error reporting

Options

• Gas flush to modify the atmosphere in sealed packs to extend the shelf life of products

Materials

The Fastfill 60 has the ability to heat seal film pre-cut foil, paper or laminate lids to preformed trays and containers of CPET, Polypropylene, PVC, Styrene, Board, Smooth Walled Foil, Pre-cut Board, Paper, Plastic, Foil Lids and many other types of container.
