Packaging Automation’s standard range of machines are designed to suit most tray sealing, container filling, sealing and lidding applications in the food, medical, cosmetics and household goods sectors. We offer tray sealers that can seal up to 200 packs per minutes, container filling and sealing machines that have throughputs of up to 100 packs per minute and starwheel machines for filling, sealing and over-lidding at up to 100 pots per minute.
The smooth installation and commissioning of your new Packaging Automation machine is paramount. Prior to leaving our factory every Packaging Automation machine is set up and tested for the customer’s individual packaging materials and performance requirements. At the customer’s site, Packaging Automation engineers carry out installation and commissioning and train operations and maintenance personnel so that production can start as soon as possible.
Every Packaging Automation machine comes with a manual detailing the correct operation of the machine, maintenance procedures, cleaning methods and a list of consumable and replacement parts.
