Tray Sealers

Tray sealers are commonly used throughout the food industry for packing a wide range of food in hermetically sealed trays and containers. The range of tray sealing machines on offer stretch from a small, bench mounted manually operated machine to fully automatic (twin lane) tray sealing lines that can seal 120 trays per minute.

In between these two extremes lie machines designed to suit all production requirements and budgets. All of the machines are available to hire with no minimum hire period on most models.

Flexible machines are available with tray size tooling changes of a couple of minutes or alternatively we have a range of dedicated platen conveyor machines that offer higher speeds.

All models are available with modified atmosphere packing to provide shelf life extension and other on-shelf benefits such as enhanced appearance of the product.
