Tray Sealers – PA240

The PA240 is an automatic, integral conveyor fed machine for heat sealing reel fed film lids to preformed trays and containers. The machine incorporates an automatic indexing conveyor and is designed for high capacity dedicated production with minimal product and tray size changes.

The conveyor contains plates which are shaped to hold the trays to be filled and sealed. It can be manufactured to suit the required loading length and can be equipped with a tray denester, product fillers and lid pick and place units. The outfeed of the machine can also be equipped with an overcapper, labeler and date code printer facilities.

Materials

The PA240 has the ability to heat seal film pre-cut foil, paper or laminate lids to preformed trays and containers of CPET, Polypropylene, PVC, Styrene, Board, Smooth Walled Foil, Pre-cut Board, Paper, Plastic, Foil Lids and many other types of container.
