PA are an
innovative, technology driven company with a team oriented philosophy where
people develop on merit. Our aim is to allow and encourage every employee to
fulfil their potential.
In 2001 PA won the Investors in
People award as recognition of the investment the company has made in the
training and welfare of its employees.
|
This investment extends beyond the company's people to
the very latest plant and technology – including sophisticated design
software and hardware supplied by Parametric Technology, several computer aided manufacturing centres supplied by Hitachi
Seiki and a dedicated stainless steel fabrication unit.
We are proud of our business and think you may be
surprised by what you see in our factory, please take a
guided tour.

apprentices have been appointed to a number of key areas including sales,
management and senior shop-floor positions.
PA offers apprenticeships to school leavers interested in
a career in business administration or engineering. Engineering apprentices
follow a four year day release program commencing with 9 months full time at
a local dedicated engineering training centre. On their return to the
business they then follow a series of 6 week training periods in all areas
including engineering design, machine shop and final assembly. This
continues until the four years are completed. On completion of their
training they are equipped with an HNC in Engineering (Mechanical or
Electrical at their choice) and GNVQ level 3.
Administration apprentices follow a two year day release
program resulting in a BTEC in Business and Finance and an NVQ.
We are always keen to hear from individuals who would
like to join our workforce. Please contact our Human Resources department
