Medical Packaging – Semi-Automatic Pre-Formed Tray and Blister Sealing Machine

This is a semiautomatic, rotary table machine which can seal pre-cut lids (Tyvek, medical paper, flexible foil or plastic) to any compatible pre-formed tray or blister. This model can also be supplied with a reel fed lidding option for lidding material supplied on a reel. The lid can be trimmed to the shape of the blister during the heat sealing process. The twin based rotary machine can be fitted with a direct pressure transducer to record the seal force applied. If the seal force is outside pre-set parameters the pack is rejected. A bar code scanner and thermal printer are incorporated to provide a comprehensive record of packaging utilized for each pack, the force applied, seal time, quantity sealed and other important details to allow full traceability.
