Tray Sealers – Vision 4000
The Vision 4000 is a state of the art in-line automatic heat sealing machine designed for high capacity production using a maximum of six impression tooling. It has the facility to provide a modified atmosphere in sealed packs using either a gas flushing technique or vacuum followed by gas flushing.

Materials
The Vision 4000 has the ability to heat seal film pre-cut foil, paper or laminate lids to preformed trays and containers of CPET, Polypropylene, PVC, Styrene, Board, Smooth Walled Foil, Pre-cut Board, Paper, Plastic, Foil Lids and many other types of container.
