Tray Sealers – Vision 182

The Vision 182 is a compact inline, automatic machine for heat sealing reel fed film lids to preformed trays and containers. It has the facility to provide a modified atmosphere in sealed packs using either a gas flushing technique or vacuum followed by gas flushing.

The Stainless steel guarding and sealed machine bed are designed with hygiene and ease of cleaning in mind. The machine can be equipped with a variable length chain conveyor, tray denesters autofillers, labeler and date code printer facilities.

The Vision 182 has the ability to heat seal film pre-cut foil, paper or laminate lids to preformed trays and containers of CPET, Polypropylene, PVC, Styrene, Board, Smooth Walled Foil, Pre-cut Board, Paper, Plastic, Foil Lids and many other types of container.
