Your Tray Sealing machine will be commissioned by our engineers who will also provide training to your engineers and operators.  All machinery includes a 12 months material and labour warranty with access to a team of on call engineers 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.  Our UK based engineers are supported worldwide by our distributors who have all been selected for their strong engineering teams.

The Remote Diagnosis Package in our machinery enables PA engineers to remotely access the machine via an internet connection to reduce downtime and improve speed of diagnosis of machine breakdowns.

The rental machinery contracts include parts and on site engineering support within the rental charges.

We also offer a range of planned maintenance packages and machinery maintenance training courses which can be delivered on your site or at our factory.
