International Women’s Day 2021

Currently, women make up under 25% of the manufacturing industry’s labour force, and men still tend to occupy the higher skilled and higher paid engineering roles resulting in a gender pay gap being prevalent in many of manufacturing companies.

At Packaging Automation, we truly believe that we promote, support and maintain a gender equal mindset in what is a male dominated sector.
