The Packaging Automation Exceptional Employee award for November was made to Nick, Projects Engineer, in recognition of the great amount of innovation and proactive project control he demonstrated whilst working on a recent project.
Nick made an exceptional effort to gather information from other areas of the business managing to get people together to discuss areas for improvement and look outside the preconceived ideas.
Nick should also be congratulated for receiving a second nomination this quarter in recognition of his work to keep customers updated and taking ownership of a project to maintain a position of strength.
Very well done to Nick who beat off strong competition this quarter and well done to all those who were nominated.
