Our quarterly Exceptional Employee Awards received some fantastic nominations this year and the quarterly winners in 2020 were:

The PA Staff Council selects each quarterly winner from the nominations received.
The winners of each quarter are then eligible for the Annual Exceptional Employee Award which is selected by the Directors.
This year James Sydenham, Service Engineer, went on to win our Annual Exceptional Employee of the Year Award in recognition of his outstanding contribution and support to the team, his exceptional customer service and first class clear communication skills.
PA MD Neil Ashton commented: “I would like to congratulate Jimmy on this award. As one of our many apprentice trained employees I have seen him work hard to progress from being a shopfloor fitter into a customer facing role as part of our Service Team. He is a fantastic ambassador for PA with customer service always at the forefront of his mind which makes him truly deserving of this award.”
