A small but illustrious team, the finance team consist of Josina, Angela and Lucy who are all working remotely due to Covid but are pivotal to the continued success and growth of the company.
You would be forgiven for thinking that a finance team are those responsible for managing the preparation of balance sheets, financial statements, cash-flow reports, day-to-day record keeping and reporting, VAT returns and all payroll, accounts payable and receivable, but let me tell you, here at Packaging Automation they do all this and so much more, for example, they have their very own finance culture which they have implemented which is CARE.

They encourage us all to work in a collaborative way, forging cross team partnerships and working collectively to achieve improved cash flow and business efficiencies. Through this partnership approach they impart their finance knowledge in all our teams, making us all accountable and more efficient.
As a result of this engagement approach, we have more accurate, timely and easily digestible reports as all teams now understand the workflow.
