Service Engineer
We have a vacancy for a Service Engineer
This exciting and challenging role is important in helping to maintain the excellent reputation of the Company as a first-class service provider. We would welcome applications from individuals who have completed an apprenticeship or equivalent, have experience in a service engineer position and feel that they possess necessary skills to undertake this role. Candidates will need to demonstrate their:
ability to deal with customers with professionalism, and empathy
confidence in communicating effectively with customers and their representative
determination to deliver a first-class service to customers
‘can do’ attitude to meeting the needs of customers
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and effectively to requests from the Service Desk to attend customer sites
Perform machine assessment visits on customer sites and complete the necessary reports
Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance work on PA equipment to the required standard to ensure customer satisfaction
Attend site to carry out fault finding and breakdown resolution within the scope of their training and experience
Attend site to carry out equipment installation and commissioning within the scope of their training and experience.
