The Packaging Automation Service & Spares Team Who’s Who

At Packaging Automation, it is a team effort and once you have placed your order with the Sales Team , your Tray Sealing machine, pot filler or will be commissioned by our engineers who will also provide training to your engineers and operators.


All machinery includes a 12 month material and labour warranty with access to a team of on call engineers 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.


Our UK based engineers are supported worldwide by our distributors who have all been selected for their strong engineering teams.

The Remote Diagnosis Package in our machinery enables PA engineers to remotely access the machine via an internet connection to reduce downtime and improve speed of diagnosis of machine breakdowns.

We also offer a range of planned maintenance packages and machinery maintenance training courses which can be delivered on your site or at our factory.

On the front line handling customer service questions, technical queries, spare parts orders and facilitating services contracts we have:
