The high speed fully automatic single and twin lane Revolution range  uses proven, patented, motion control technology to maximise output. These energy efficient machines incorporate POWERDRIVE technology eliminating the need for compressed air and are designed with energy saving components and standby mode to minimise energy usage during operation. Novel technology provides quiet machine operation, on screen clear visual performance indicators and web based live OEE production data.

The Revolution is a fully electric automatic tray sealer using motion control technology to provide high speed output with quick tool changes. Incorporating POWERDRIVE technology, there is no requirement for a compressed air supply. It can be used to seal reel fed film to pre-formed trays and can be configured to use MAP-F gas flushing, full MAP-V vacuum and SkinPAC for extended shelf life.  Dependent on the tray size it can seal up to six packs at a time giving a maximum output of 150 packs per minute. Electric supply only is required for this machine.  An available option is to have the Revolution built to accept eight packs at a time giving a maximum output of 200 packs per minute.

High-Speed Continuous Stepper

Launched in 2022, this enhancement to the Revolution machine, allows a continuous feed on the stepper belt with no stops (or stepping movements) and instead uses intelligent logic to control pack position and flow into the machine to consolidate any gaps or delay moving the packs.

The key benefits of this development are:

 •  Increased cycle speeds

•  Slow running belts with maximum output

•  Pack control and stability with all trays

Synchronised Transfer

With the developments improving the 'traditional stepper belt' which is now a high-speed continuous flow the whole process cycle has been slowed down without reducing output.  The new synchronised transfer movement is linked to the pickup point and is dramatically reduced in transfer speed.  This gives a fully controlled pack transfer cycle.

•  Reduction in product movement in the tray

•  Eliminates misplaced packs

•  Increases longevity of the transfer carriage

The Revolution has the ability to heat seal reel fed film, paper or laminate lids to preformed trays and containers of CPET, Polypropylene, PVC, Styrene, Board, Smooth walled foil, pre-cut board, Pulp, Paper, Plastic, and many other types of container.

Our trials facility based at our factory in Knutsford offers you the opportunity to carry out trials and produce sample packs. Our packaging seal technologist can guide you through the development of new packaging concepts and environmentally friendly alternatives with our wealth of experience and knowledge.
