The Revolution 2.0 is the latest addition to the Revolution range of fully electric automatic tray sealers with a new ergonomic design, and a number of innovative features that take manufacturing efficiency and energy saving to the next level. It is a flexible single lane tray sealer that requires zero air and incorporates interpolated multi axis robotic motion to ensure a continuous flow of trays through the machine from infeed to outfeed, eliminating any need for pauses or buffering to increase overall throughputs and cycle times. The Revolution 2.0 machine is designed to be capable of achieving up to 25 cycles per minute sealing 8 trays at a time.

The Revolution 2 has the ability to heat seal reel fed film, paper or laminate lids to preformed trays and containers of CPET, Polypropylene, PVC, Styrene, Board, Smooth walled foil, pre-cut board, Pulp, Paper, Plastic, and many other types of container.

Our trials facility based at our factory in Knutsford offers you the opportunity to carry out trials and produce sample packs. Our packaging seal technologist can guide you through the development of new packaging concepts and environmentally friendly alternatives with our wealth of experience and knowledge.
