The Revolution 2.0 is the latest addition to the Revolution range of fully electric automatic tray sealers with a new ergonomic design, and a number of innovative features that take manufacturing efficiency and energy saving to the next level. It is a flexible single lane tray sealer that requires zero air and incorporates interpolated multi axis robotic motion to ensure a continuous flow of trays through the machine from infeed to outfeed, eliminating any need for pauses or buffering to increase overall throughputs and cycle times. The Revolution 2.0 machine is designed to be capable of achieving up to 25 cycles per minute sealing 8 trays at a time.
