Thank you to all our colleagues for the fantastic nominations for our Exceptional Employee Award for February 2023.
Our winner of the Exceptional Employee Award for February 2023, nominated by colleagues and selected as the winner by the Packaging Automation Staff Council, is Gareth Worth, IT Department in recognition of the continued development of tools used for data reporting and data analysis used by many, many members of #TeamPA. Whilst much of the background work is unseen and hidden, a chunk of it is done out of hours.
The following colleagues were also nominated this quarter:
Jayne Thompson – was nominated in recognition of constantly going above and beyond for the department and always willing to help out other departments in the business where she can.
Peter Youds – was nominated in recognition for taking everything in his stride and finding new and innovative ways to undertake his project’s role, showing both his creativity and proactivity which has helped PA come to solutions that are practicable and acceptable for the customers’ requirements.
Our thanks to the Staff Council for their diligence in selecting our winners, it is not an easy decision and very many congratulations to all our nominees and to this quarter’s winner Gareth!
