It’s that time of year again when we ask colleagues for nominations for our Exceptional Employee Award, and we were not disappointed with the fantastic nominations we received this quarter.
This quarter the following colleagues were nominated:
Aurel Capatina was nominated in recognition of his fantastic effort in showing commitment to continuous improvement, working in partnership with team members and suppliers to find a working solution. Exceptional work Aurel, thank you!
Nick Read – was nominated not once but twice in recognition of his outstanding effort and expertise displayed in the execution of his duties. Nick your effort and continued proactive responses to both internal and external customers is exceptional – thank you!
Sean Taylor – was nominated for demonstrating a great attitude and work ethic often staying late and working weekends at PA and at a customer site. Thank you, Sean, for your dedication!
Stuart Bateson (not pictured) – was nominated in recognition of his fantastic attitude and work ethic, showing great dedication to his projects. Thank you, Stuart, for all that you do!
Unfortunately, there can only be one winner and this quarter, the Exceptional Employee Award for May 2023, nominated by colleagues, was awarded by the Packaging Automation Staff Council, to Aurel Capatina.
Our thanks, as always, go to the Staff Council for their diligence in selecting our winners, it is not an easy decision and very many congratulations to all our nominees and to this quarter’s winner Aurel!
